At Woodlawn Baggers, we build high-end Harley-Davidson motorcycels that people travel across the country for. If you take pride in clean work, attention to detail, and building things the right way — we want to hear from you.
Current Opportunities:
Builder:
- Build and assemble custom Harley baggers and performance motorcycles
- Install aftermarket parts (suspension, exhaust, bars, audio components, lighting, etc.)
- Assist with drivetrain and performance-related installs (based on skill level)
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs when needed
- Test ride / verify fitment, function, and safety (as applicable)
- Keep work orders, notes, and build progress updates organized
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
What we’re looking for:
- Strong mechanical skills and a solid track record turning wrenches
- Experience working with Harley-Davidson motorcycles (preferred)
- Confidence with standard shop tools and torque specs
- High attention to detail (fitment, wiring, routing, finish quality)
- Reliable, on-time, and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Performance builds (big bore, cam kits, intake/exhaust tuning support)
- Audio systems / wiring cleanly (amp racks, speaker installs, troubleshooting)
- Suspension, air ride, front end / neck work (or supporting install processes)
- Fabrication, custom fitment, or bodywork support
