Current Opportunities & Openings
Motorcycle Audio Specialist & Installer
Responsibilities:
- Install and integrate premium motorcycle audio systems on custom Harley-Davidson baggers and performance motorcycles
- Install amplifiers, speakers, DSPs, subwoofers, wiring harnesses, and audio accessories
- Build clean, organized, and serviceable wiring systems with proper routing and protection
- Tune DSPs and audio systems for optimal sound quality and performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and audio-related issues
- Fabricate and modify audio components, amp racks, speaker pods, and mounting solutions as needed
- Test and verify all audio components, wiring, and system functionality before delivery
- Maintain detailed work notes, build progress updates, and quality control documentation
- Work closely with builders and technicians to ensure seamless integration into six-figure custom motorcycle builds
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience installing motorcycle, powersports, marine, or automotive audio systems
- Strong understanding of 12V electrical systems, wiring practices, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and diagnose electrical issues efficiently
- High attention to detail with wiring, fitment, routing, and overall finish quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced custom shop environment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team
- Professional attitude with pride in producing high-quality work
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:
- Harley-Davidson motorcycle audio systems
- DSP tuning and system calibration
- Custom audio fabrication, amp racks, and speaker pod construction
- CAN Bus systems and modern motorcycle electronics
- Performance motorcycle builds and aftermarket accessories
- Lighting installations and custom electrical integrations
- Soldering, heat shrinking, and advanced wiring techniques
- Custom motorcycle builds, baggers, trikes, and show-quality motorcycles

Builder:
- Build and assemble custom Harley baggers and performance motorcycles
- Install aftermarket parts (suspension, exhaust, bars, audio components, lighting, etc.)
- Assist with drivetrain and performance-related installs (based on skill level)
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs when needed
- Test ride / verify fitment, function, and safety (as applicable)
- Keep work orders, notes, and build progress updates organized
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
What we’re looking for:
- Strong mechanical skills and a solid track record turning wrenches
- Experience working with Harley-Davidson motorcycles (preferred)
- Confidence with standard shop tools and torque specs
- High attention to detail (fitment, wiring, routing, finish quality)
- Reliable, on-time, and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Performance builds (big bore, cam kits, intake/exhaust tuning support)
- Audio systems / wiring cleanly (amp racks, speaker installs, troubleshooting)
- Suspension, air ride, front end / neck work (or supporting install processes)
- Fabrication, custom fitment, or bodywork support
