Official Event Terms & Conditions
Event Location: Razzles Nightclub – 611 Seabreeze Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL
By entering the event area, registering a motorcycle, vending, sponsoring, or attending, you agree to the following:
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Motorcycle events are exciting — but they come with inherent risks. By attending, you acknowledge and accept risks including:
• Moving motorcycles
• Loud music and DJ sound levels
• Crowds and tight spaces
• Mechanical equipment, fuel, and hot components
• Slips, trips, and falls
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation.
2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Participants, spectators, vendors, and sponsors agree to release and hold harmless:
• Woodlawn Baggers
• Event staff and volunteers
• Event sponsors and partners
• Venue ownership and management
• Razzles Nightclub
from any claims involving:
• Personal injury
• Vehicle damage
• Theft or loss
• Accidents
• Fire
• Mechanical failure
• Actions of other attendees
3. BIKE SHOW ENTRY
• Bike show entry fee is $40 per motorcycle
• Entry fees are non-refundable
• Motorcycles must be in safe operating condition
• No fluid leaks permitted
• Staff may refuse entry to unsafe vehicles
4. MOVEMENT OF MOTORCYCLES
For everyone’s safety:
• Riding speed must remain walking pace only
• No burnouts, rev battles, racing, or stunts
• Follow all staff directions
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event.
5. FIRE & FUEL SAFETY
• No refueling on show grounds
• No open flames near motorcycles
• Fire lanes must remain clear
6. ALCOHOL POLICY
Alcohol is served by the venue. Attendees must:
• Drink responsibly
• Follow venue rules
• Comply with all Florida laws
Anyone behaving dangerously or excessively intoxicated may be removed.
7. MUSIC & SOUND
A DJ will be on site. Attendees acknowledge high sound levels and accept associated risks.
8. CONDUCT
This is a fun, community-focused event. The following are not permitted:
• Fighting or aggressive behavior
• Harassment
• Illegal substances
• Disorderly conduct
Event staff may remove anyone without refund.
9. WEATHER POLICY
This is a rain or shine event. Schedule adjustments may be made for safety. Entry fees remain non-refundable.
10. MEDIA RELEASE
By attending, you grant Woodlawn Baggers and event partners permission to use photos or videos of you, your motorcycle, and your likeness for promotional purposes.
11. JUDGING & AWARDS
• Judging decisions are final
• Award classes may be adjusted as needed
• Trophies and prizes hold no cash value unless specified
12. SPONSOR PROTECTION
Event sponsors and partners are not responsible for:
• Actions of attendees
• Vehicle damage
• Accidents
• Loss or theft
Sponsors are included in the event’s liability protections.
13. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for:
• Your motorcycle
• Your belongings
• Any damage you cause
14. RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY
Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any person or vehicle for safety or conduct concerns.
